All homes: check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM, non-smoking. Minimum stays can be longer in peak season and on holidays. Summer stays at the Beachfront Duplex are Saturday to Saturday.

The Beachfront Duplex sleeps up to 27 guests in 8 bedrooms with 6 full bathrooms. It is both sides of Dolphin View, a beachfront duplex at 1325 W Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, Alabama, with a beachside pool.
Can we rent just one side of the Dolphin View duplex?
Yes. Dolphin View A sleeps 14 and Dolphin View B sleeps 13. Each has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and the two sides share the beachside pool. Book both as the Beachfront Duplex for up to 27.
Do you have a condo in Orange Beach?
Yes. Oasis Unit 2201 is a Gulf-front 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath corner condo for up to 10 guests at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II), with a resort lazy river, slide, indoor pool and adults-only pool.
Are the homes on the beach?
Yes. Dolphin View A, Dolphin View B and the Beachfront Duplex are beachfront in Gulf Shores, and Oasis Unit 2201 is a Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach.
Are pets allowed?
Dolphin View A and Dolphin View B allow 1 pet each, and the whole Beachfront Duplex allows 2 (1 per side). The pet fee is $195 per pet; more pets, or a dog over 20 lb, need our approval. Oasis Unit 2201 does not allow pets. The cities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach do not allow pets on their sand beaches.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights at Dolphin View A and Oasis Unit 2201, and 3 nights at Dolphin View B and the Beachfront Duplex. Minimums can be longer in peak season and on holidays, and summer stays at the Beachfront Duplex are Saturday to Saturday.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund. There is no refund within 30 days of check-in. 50% is due at booking and the balance 30 days before arrival.
Are beach chairs provided?
Beach towels are provided at all of our Gulf Coast homes. Beach chairs are not, but you can rent them from Ike’s Beach Service.
