The Beachfront Duplex is Dolphin View Sides A and B rented together: 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and room for up to 27 guests, right on the beach at 1325 W Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The two sides share a beachside in-ground pool (heated on request at no extra charge), each side has its own fully stocked kitchen and Gulf-view decks, and the master bedrooms have private balconies over the beach and the pool. It is about 5 minutes by car from The Hangout and Gulf Shores Public Beach.
Best for: Family reunions, multi-family beach weeks, wedding guests and team trips of 15 to 27 people who want one beachfront address with a pool.

- Each side has its own entrance, kitchen and living room, so two families can share the house and still have their own space.
- Beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are not, but you can rent them from Ike’s Beach Service.
- Parking: Up to 3 vehicles per side (6 in all). Large trucks and SUVs may not fit under the carport.
- All of our homes are non-smoking inside. Evidence of smoking or tampering with smoke detectors carries a $350 deep-cleaning fee.
- Refundable security deposit: $1,500 (a card hold, not a charge).

Yes. Summer stays at the Beachfront Duplex run Saturday to Saturday. The standard minimum stay is 3 nights, and it can be longer in peak season and on holidays.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, on request. Pool heating is included in the price at no extra charge. Let us know when you book.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. The Beachfront Duplex allows up to 2 pets, 1 per side, with a $195 fee per pet. Any more pets need our approval and have the same fee, and a dog over 20 lb needs our approval before booking. The City of Gulf Shores does not allow pets on its sand beaches.
How many cars can we bring?
Up to 3 vehicles per side, 6 in all. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit under the carport.
