Dolphin View A is one side of a beachfront duplex at 1325 W Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, Alabama: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and room for up to 14 guests. You step out of the door onto a quiet stretch of beach, the in-ground pool sits on the beach side of the house (heated on request at no extra charge) and is shared only with Side B, and both decks look out over the Gulf of Mexico. It is about 5 minutes by car from The Hangout.
Best for: Families with young kids and groups of up to 14. Book it with Side B as the Beachfront Duplex for up to 27.

- Side B next door sleeps 13 and can be booked with Side A as the Beachfront Duplex for up to 27 guests.
- Beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are not, but you can rent them from Ike’s Beach Service.
- Parking: Up to 3 vehicles: covered parking for 2 and 1 uncovered off-street space. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit under the carport.
- All of our homes are non-smoking inside. Evidence of smoking or tampering with smoke detectors carries a $350 deep-cleaning fee.
- Refundable security deposit: $900 (a card hold, not a charge).
- Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but please ask.
