It opens onto a quiet stretch of beach, shares a beachside in-ground pool only with Side A (heated on request at no extra charge), and has Gulf views from both decks and a master bedroom with a private balcony. It is about 2 miles west of Highway 59 and about 5 minutes by car from The Hangout.

Best for: Families and friend groups of up to 13. Book it with Side A as the Beachfront Duplex for up to 27.

Good to know

• There are exterior security cameras on the property.
• Side A next door sleeps 14 and can be booked with Side B as the Beachfront Duplex for up to 27 guests.
• Beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are not, but you can rent them from Ike’s Beach Service.
• Parking: Up to 3 vehicles: 1 to 2 under the home plus driveway parking. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit under the carport.
• All of our homes are non-smoking inside. Evidence of smoking or tampering with smoke detectors carries a $350 deep-cleaning fee.
• Refundable security deposit: $900 (a card hold, not a charge).
• Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but please ask.
