Oasis Unit 2201 is a premium 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom corner condo of over 2,500 square feet at The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II), 23450 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, Alabama. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows give Gulf views from the bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen, and the large Gulf-front balcony has an outdoor living room. The resort has a lazy river and slide, an adults-only pool, an indoor pool with hot tubs, a kids' splash pad and a boardwalk to the beach.

Good to know
- The Oasis at Orange Beach was voted Best Condominium Resort in Baldwin County in the 2025 Best of Baldwin Awards.
- The Oasis is not set up as a hotel, so there is no daily housekeeping. We stock one starter round of toiletries, paper goods and detergent.
- No smoking is strictly enforced by on-site security, and throwing anything from a balcony leads to eviction by Oasis security.
- Beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are not, but you can rent them from Ike’s Beach Service.
- Parking: Parking passes are not included in your reservation and must be bought through The Oasis HOA before you arrive: $60 per vehicle, 2 vehicles maximum. We send the registration link in your check-in email. Guest wristbands are also required. No oversized vehicles or trailers.
- All of our homes are non-smoking inside. Evidence of smoking or tampering with smoke detectors carries a $350 deep-cleaning fee.
- Refundable security deposit: $300 (a card hold, not a charge).
- Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but please ask.
